| Over het wijnhuis | Ten noorden van het dorpje Soave ligt het wijnhuis Ca’Rugate. Ca’ Rugate dankt zijn naam aan de Rugate-heuvel. Het grootste deel van de wijngaarden van Ca’ Rugate ligt op deze donkere, vulkanische grond van deze heuvel. De familie Tessari, inmiddels de vierde generatie, maakt er wijnen die geënt zijn op historie en traditie. Wijnen met precisie en het karakter van de vulkanische grond. Naast het kwalitatief zeer aansprekende scala aan Soave’s met internationale faam, maakt Ca’ Rugate ook zeer stijlvolle en verfijnde Valpolicella-wijnen, met als hoogtepunt de Amarone Punta 470. |
