| Over het wijnhuis | De website van Château Haut-Bergey opent met een prachtige foto van het indrukwekkende landgoed, die vanuit de wijngaarden gemaakt is. Een typisch, idyllisch Frans kasteel, gevestigd in Pessac-Léognan, de appellatie ten zuiden van Bordeaux-stad. In 1991 werd het overgenomen door Sylvaine Garcin-Cathiard, wellicht geïnspireerd door haar broer, eigenaar van Smith Haut Lafitte. Sinds 2014 wordt het landgoed gerund door haar zoon, Paul Garcin. |
