Dat geldt niet voor Château Langoa-Barton, waar vandaag de dag de negende generatie, Lilian Barton Sartorius, aan het roer staat. Het is het enige huis uit de Médoc Classificatie van 1855 dat nog steeds in handen is van dezelfde familie.
