| Over het wijnhuis | Château Vray Croix de Gay is een klein wijnhuis met een totale oppervlakte aan wijngaarden van nog geen 4 hectare, verdeeld over verschillende percelen in Pomerol. Het grootste perceel zit ingeklemd tussen Château Petrus en Château Lafleur, dus dat zegt wel wat over de kwaliteit van dit domein. Jean Claude Berrouet, voormalig wijnmaker van Petrus, is sinds 2014 bij het château betrokken als consultant. |

Deep garnet-purple in color, it gives up wonderfully pure notes of black and red cherries, mulberries and fresh blackberries, plus suggestions of licorice, lavender and forest floor. The medium-bodied palate is elegant and refreshing with soft, approachable tannins and a perfumed finish.
