| Wijngaard en regio | De druiven komen uit wijngaarden in verschillende cru's (Marenca, Margheria en Rivette) in de comune (gemeente) Serralunga d’Alba in Barolo. De wijngaarden zijn aangeplant in 1959 en 1995 en liggen op 320 meter boven zeeniveau. De ondergrond bestaat uit kalksteen en klei. De wijngaarden liggen op het (zuid)westen. |
| Vinificatie | De druiven vergisten in horizontale tanks onder gecontroleerde temperatuur voor 12-15 dagen. Daarna rijpt de wijn 24 maanden in eikenhouten vaten van 25 hectoliter. |
