| Wijngaard en regio | Afkomstig van de op het zuiden gelegen wijngaard rondom Castellet, een middeleeuws dorp in het hart van AOC Bandol. De bodem bestaat uit kalksteen, zandsteen en mergel. |
| Vinificatie | De gisting vindt plaats op een gecontroleerde temperatuur in RVS tanks voor 11 tot 17 dagen. |
